All products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bougiedirt@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographic evidence

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after review.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
